Develops and implements production schedules based on customer orders and capacity, analyzing resources, lead times, and capabilities. Monitors production progress to ensure on-time delivery. Serves as a liaison between customers and the company, handling inquiries, orders, complaints, and account issues while maintaining professionalism and fostering positive relationships Role and Responsibilities: Charts production for reference to be used by production and management personnel - Forecasts production orders from work authorization. - Revises all short lead time orders for raw materials available. - Reviews all MRP to produce requisitions. - Interacts with purchasing to ensure all components are ordered in a timely manner. - Interacts and coordinate with Customers concerning future customer orde...
