Job description

Objective To support the client in updating and developing comprehensive technical manuals across its product line. The writer will produce clear, accurate documentation for complex fuel testing equipment and machinery while also creating detailed technical illustrations derived from CAD models. The goal is to modernize outdated manuals and support new product documentation. Overview: The client is seeking an experienced Technical Writer with strong technical illustration capabilities to create and update a wide range of manuals for complex manufacturing equipment. This role requires a professional who can independently manage documentation projects from start to finish—working with existing manuals, CAD models, and subject matter experts to produce clear, high-quality technical documentation and illustrations. The ideal candidate will have experience documenting machinery in a manufacturing or engineering environment, as well as strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and CAD software.
