AWS Professional Services is seeking a Strategic Program Director to lead program governance for a landmark digital transformation engagement. This is a Perth-based program spanning multiple delivery streams — GenAI-powered application modernisation, digital foundations and AI platform deployment, and organisational change management — with a combined team of 29+ across AWS, a global management consulting partner, and specialist delivery partners. You will be the single point of accountability for program delivery, commercial management, and value realisation. You will represent AWS leadership on the Steering Committee, run executive governance with the customer and AWS leadership, and own the AWS relationship at the program level. This is a role for someone who leads through influence rather than authority — orchestrating outcomes across multiple technical streams, partner organisations, and executive stakeholders without direct line management of the delivery teams.
