Field Service Supervisor – Offshore/Aberdeen Location: District Based (UK): TEAM is a global leader in integrated, digitally enabled asset integrity solutions. We are seeking a Field Service Supervisor – Offshore / Aberdeen, to lead and coordinate offshore field operations, ensuring safe, high-quality, and commercially effective execution of scopes. This is a hands-on leadership role combining operational supervision, job ownership, customer communications, and team development. While offshore supervision is a key focus, offshore travel frequency will vary depending on operational demand. This may average 1–2 trips per month, with some months having no offshore activity and others requiring up to four trips. Flexibility is essential on both sides. During quieter offshore periods, there may be an expectation to deploy in a technician capacity to support operational delivery and customer needs.
