Project Manager

Job description

Responsibilities: - Analyzing and investigating new project requirements, preparing project plans; assessing risks and proposing mitigations - Ensuring that project meets deadlines and delivering product of required quality - Managing large project teams or multiple sub-teams within a project (programmers, artists, game designers, QA, etc) - Identifying and clarifying team goals; ensuring that expectations are aligned between stakeholders - Managing communications within the team and between the team and company departments as well as people on the client's side - Managing and planning team capacity - Conducting team meetings, providing various reports - Working with leads on tracking team's performance - Supporting team growth through regular feedback and Career Development plans - Conducting project interviews, contributing to hiring process.
