Job Description Summary This role is part of the RT software solutions leadership and will be pivotal in developing and deploying world-class service strategy for Radiation Therapy software solutions. The LSI will provide leadership to the cross-functional teams to ensure the relevant service offerings are developed for customer acquisition, retention, and growth. Job Description: Service design & strategy: - Define a comprehensive service strategy covering multiple offerings (free and paid): Pre-installation, installation and configuration support, warranty, on-demand clinical training, purchased services - Software upgrades, premium technical support etc., - Own the complete life-cycle management from start to finish including development and iteration of business case and value propositions. - Ensure that the service offerings are differentiated and are easy for customers to comprehend, purchase and use. - Ensure that the service offerings are easy for field service team to commission & handover to the customer.
