Quality and Risk Manager

Job description

Key Responsibilities: - Define and deploy the Quality, EHS, and Risk strategy, aligned with business objectives and customer expectations. - Act as the final decision authority on all quality and risk-related matters. - Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System aligned with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and Excellence System requirements. - Lead quality targets, continuous improvement initiatives, and product safety programs. - Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and energy regulations, driving a strong safety culture across the plant. - Identify, assess, prioritize, and manage operational and enterprise risks. - Lead audits, corrective and preventive actions, and regulatory compliance activities. - Analyze and interpret quality, EHS, and operational data to drive decision-making. - Build, lead, coach, and develop Quality and EHS teams (including Quality Engineers and EHS Specialists). - Engage internal and external stakeholders, including customers and regulatory authorities. - Manage department budgets and report variances to senior leadership.
