Job description

Assists the Cashiering Assistant Manager in performance of duties and assumes full responsibility in their absence. Monitors casino cashiering activities on the front line, in the specialty banks, in the main bank and redemption areas. Assists in the preparation and coordination of scheduling casino cashiering personnel. Works specialty bank or front line upon request. Position is located in a cigarette smoke environment. Monitors money room activities on the racing level. Complies with and upholds company expectations including Code of Commitment, policies, procedures, industry regulations, department goals and business strategy. Politely gives consistent, timely and accurate information and finds answer when unsure. Uses Family-Style Service when encountering guests. Acts as a role model and always presents oneself as a credit to Harrah’s and encourages other to do the same. Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies. Complimentary privileges within prescribed limits in accordance with the approved comp matrix.
