Seasonal Cutter Technician

Job description

Shift: 6:00 AM-6:00 PM Hourly Rate: $17.00 an hour: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Must be familiar with plant safety rules and guidelines. 2. Work with maintenance Manager/Supervisors and Maintenance lead to implement changes that have been identified. 3. Work effectively with other departments. 4. Prepare production lines for production. 5. Perform sanitations as needed. 6. Equipment: - Have operational knowledge of all equipment in the area. - Have equipment ready to run at start of shift. - Assist other maintenance in repair of line equipment when necessary. 8. Tools: 9. Perform other duties and assume additional responsibilities as assigned by Maintenance Manager/Supervisors and Maintenance Lead. - Must be able to use mechanical tools and shop equipment. - Must possess a mechanical aptitude in order to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant equipment. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: 1. You will be doing frequent bending, lifting (up to 50 pounds), turning, twisting, and squatting. 2. Must possess a mechanical aptitude.
