Our rapidly growing business has created an opportunity for a dedicated Sales Priority Responder, who is highly motivated, detailed-oriented, and customer-focused. The Sales Priority Responder is a key member of the Mitigation team who provides initial onsite contact with residential and commercial clients, develops scope of work and estimates. Primary Responsibilities: - Manage the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction. - Provide priority response to potential residential and commercial clients. - Develop scope of work for projects and creates initial estimates. - Negotiate client approval of project scope and estimate. - Document and/or review job file to support the services provided. - Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.
