Job description

The IT Security organization partners closely with technology and business leaders to protect the organization while enabling innovation and growth. As a 1st Line function, we focus on delivering and operating security capabilities aligned to enterprise priorities. As the Senior Manager, Security Strategy & Execution, you will shape and drive the enterprise security roadmap, translating evolving threats and business needs into actionable initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, program leadership, and execution, partnering across IT and business teams to move key security priorities forward. This is a forward-looking role focused less on hands-on engineering and more on driving outcomes, alignment, and progress across security initiatives. The role may also evolve to include team leadership responsibilities. This is a subset of the overall responsibilities which will include multiple initiatives as assigned by IT leadership.
