Code gets written faster, but reviews pile up. Workflows accelerate, but orchestration lags behind. The Agents team exists to solve this. We're a platform team responsible for scaling AI adoption and AI productivity across Nordnet by building agentic workflows and orchestration into the software development lifecycle. Right now, we're building an automated agentic code review process — our first step toward removing the review bottleneck that emerged as engineers started working more agentically. We're looking for engineers who want to work at the intersection of developer tooling and AI.
