Description Job Type: Part Time: Position: Middle School Athletic Coach: Description: The Athletic Coach is responsible for leading and developing a successful athletic program that supports the academic, social, emotional, and athletic growth of student-athletes. Coaches are expected to model professionalism, sportsmanship, integrity, and leadership while creating a safe, structured, and positive team culture aligned with the mission and vision of the school athletic program. Coaches must promote student-athlete development, academic accountability, discipline, teamwork, and a college-ready mindset through daily instruction, communication, and program leadership.
