IT Senior Project Manager

Job description

The IT Senior Project Manager leads infrastructure, operations, and service delivery projects supporting the SEC ISS contract. This role is responsible for end-to-end project planning, execution, and control to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved on schedule and within scope. The position works closely with SEC OIT stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams to drive transparent execution and actionable reporting. The role ensures project activities align with organizational standards and governance expectations. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Project Planning and Execution - Define project scope, objectives , deliverables, and success criteria for infrastructure and service delivery initiatives. - Develop and maintain detailed work plans, integrated schedules, milestone tracking, and resource plans. - Execute projects through full lifecycle phases and ensure timely completion of contract-aligned deliverables. - Maintain disciplined control of scope, schedule, and resources across project execution. - May require participation in on-call or surge support activities depending on operational needs .
