Description The Bilingual OST Site Director is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and daily operations of a Xiente program site. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, compliance with funder and agency requirements, and a safe, supportive environment for youth, families, and staff. The Site Director oversees program implementation, supervises staff, manages site logistics, and serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external partners. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to Xiente’s mission of supporting youth and families in Philadelphia communities. The Site Director ensures that programming is delivered with fidelity, staff are supported and trained, documentation is accurate and timely, and the site maintains a culture of professionalism, respect, and positive youth development. This role also collaborates closely with agency leadership, community partners, and families to strengthen program outcomes and maintain a high standard of service.
