Job Description Summary At Avio Aero, a GE Aerospace Business unit, we have been reimagining the power of flight for more than 100 years. We are specialized in the design, production and maintenance of components and systems for both civil and military aviation. The Technology Projects Business Program Manager will be the company focal point for the execution of the Technology Projects and the related Demonstrator, in order to show the technology readiness. She/He will report to the Military Advanced Program Manager and will coordinate all the involved functions to meet the program requirements. Job Description: Essential Responsibilities: Responsible for the execution of the Technology Projects and the related Demonstrator, including the coordination of a cross functional program team (ENG, GSC, QUA, etc.) Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of FLIGHT DECK practices across the program by applying standard work, operating rhythm, and KPI/bowler-based performance management Support the Advanced Program Manager to meet company financial/timing targets within the allocated budget Manage technology projects planning, assumptions and dependencies Perform regular...
