About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to drive the evolution of Card and Personal Loan shopping capabilities , shaping how customers discover, evaluate, and select the right products across digital channels. This role owns the end-to-end product vision and execution for critical shopping experiences that sit at the intersection of customer experience, risk, marketing, and platform strategy . You will lead highly complex, cross‑product initiatives and partner closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, legal, compliance, and risk teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and customer‑centric solutions. This is a strategic product leadership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, influences senior stakeholders, and builds platforms that enable both near-term impact and long-term optionality.
