Manager, Corporate Development Thomson Reuters is seeking qualified candidates for a Manager, Corporate Development opportunity. This individual will be an integral member of the Corporate Development team, driving and executing the Company’s M&A initiatives, focused on acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures. The Manager will partner closely with senior members of the team to assist with the management of transactions throughout all stages, with a heavy focus on target sourcing and analysis, financial modeling, due diligence preparation and coordination, and transaction execution.
