Description Clinical Supervisor- Community -Based Outreach Program Lead meaningful clinical work with youth and families who need it most. Tides Family Services is seeking a licensed clinician (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) to provide clinical leadership within our Tides Outreach Program (TOP), an intensive, community-based program designed to keep youth safely in their homes and out of higher levels of care. This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys working with complex cases, and wants to play a key role in supporting both families and frontline staff.
