Job Description: Cadence has an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Sourcing Specialist within their Hardware Systems Verification Supply Chain Team. This person will have the following responsibilities: - Design and scale the overall supply chain to meet growing business demands, including sourcing strategy, cost management, and vendor governance. - Develop and execute the sourcing strategy, eliminate supply chain risks, achieve operational performance, product quality, and customer satisfaction. - Execute global strategic sourcing, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and vendor management. - Implement and oversee supply base cost management initiatives to drive value and maintain competitive advantage. - Serve as a strategic advisor to executive management on procurement strategy, vendor risk, and cost optimization opportunities.
