What You’ll Do: - Supervise and lead assigned nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care. - Manage scheduling and staffing to maintain compliance. - Provide direct nursing care and respond to resident health changes. - Administer medications and perform first aid as needed. - Audit resident records for accuracy and regulatory compliance. - Communicate daily with the Director of Health Services. - Ensure emergency procedures are understood and followed. - Uphold resident rights and facility quality standards.
