You take proactive ownership of systems and projects, ensuring clarity and alignment across all campuses. A relational and trusted communicator, you manage complex priorities and sensitive budgets with unwavering integrity and excellence. What you'll do: Budget and Financial Stewardship - Manage the day-to-day Central Worship budget, including precise tracking, reporting, and forecasting - Execute all financial transactions, including processing, contractor payments, and strategic purchasing - Audit all expenditures to ensure strict adherence to ministry priorities and approved financial plans Project & Event Execution: - Lead the planning and delivery of key initiatives such as songwriting sessions, development nights, and training environments - Design comprehensive timelines and maintain robust Monday.com workflows to ensure seamless project delivery - Act as the primary liaison to ensure clear communication and operational alignment across all campuses - Anticipate needs by ensuring all logistical details are finalized and communicated wel...
