About the Role: We are seeking a Facilities Project Manager to lead operational and maintenance (O&M) services at the Memphis Internal Revenue Service Center (MIRSC) in Memphis, TN. This role is responsible for the planning, coordination, and administration of all contract activities and deliverables in accordance with contract requirements and industry best practices. The Facilities Project Manager will be on-site from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and at any other times required to manage all contract work effectively.
