This role will be on-site at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, in Greenbelt, MD. Key Role: This position is within the procurement organization responsible for managing/supporting programs and proposals with complex subcontract requirements. The role requires the ability to manage complex subcontract/subcontractor requirements in support of major Government proposals and awarded programs. All actions must comply with all policies required under an approved purchasing system.
