Job Family: Management Consulting Travel Required: Up to 50% Clearance Required: None What You Will Do: - Establishing approaches to gather information from clients regarding client structure, process, technology and culture - Facilitating meetings with client stakeholders to gather information - Identifying and implementing overall program improvements for clients - Effectively leveraging project resources to accomplish tasks while providing regular feedback and coaching - Driving business development activities including RFP responses and proposal development - Ability to lead account planning and target new business opportunities that support relevant practice development goals and objectives What You Will Need: - Critical thinking to solve problems and develop innovative solutions to client’s management and operational challenges - Minimum of 3+ (THREE) years of overall work experience, ideally within State and Local Government - Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university - Familiarity with New York State Government practices - Strong professional network and/or experience in state and local government in Albany, New York market - Must currently reside within a rea...
