Position Overview: Reporting to the Supervisor of Customer Experience, the Customer Experience Team Leaders are responsible for ensuring complete and consistent delivery of exceptional customer service at our recreation facilities. The primary focus is overseeing the effective day-to-day operations of the customer service desks and front-line activities at Elevation Place and the Canmore Recreation Centre.
