Title: Journeyman / Master Electrician CGC Inc. is a leading marketer, manufacturer and distributor of gypsum wallboard products, interior finishing material and suspended acoustical ceilings. Is currently recruiting Journeyman/Master Electricians for our Wheatland plant. Role & Responsibilities: - Install, perform preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot electrical components within the manufacturing plant. - Maintain, test, and repair AC/DC motors and motor control systems. - Develop skills to troubleshoot advanced control systems and instrumentation equipment, including PLC controls. - Interpret and use wiring schematics. - Operate electrical test equipment relevant to the job. - Understand and comply with Canadian Electrical Codes, including CSA-Z462, and perform all electrician duties in a manufacturing environment. - Adhere to safety and housekeeping requirements in a manufacturing setting. - Participate in plant safety and continuous improvement initiatives as required. - Foster good employee morale and working relationships within a...
