Assembler Team Lead Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking an Assembler Team Lead to join the Critical Response Team in North Charleston, South Carolina on 1st shift! The team lead will be performing advanced, specialized or prototype production assembly operations on structural parts, mechanical assemblies and subassemblies using automated assembly operations as well as providing assembly operation guidance to other assemblers. Position Responsibilities: Performs complex production assembly operations on structural parts, mechanical assemblies, subassemblies and aircraft systems, equipment and accessories using manual or automated assembly tools Build effective resource plans: Identifies and communicates risks to the First Line Leader Updates and communicates BPS metrics: Identify KPI improvement actions: Assigns daily work: Leads team in daily safety check-in Monitors and reports daily progress to plan Works with support organizations and First Line Leader to mitigate performance risk Documents and communications shift turnover: Establishes overtime requirements and staffing: Monitor and control of 5S: Utilizes Rapid Problem Solving (RP...
