Job description

Sigma Defense is seeking an experienced Training Specialist with Navy and Marine Corps training background to provide Curriculum Development/Maintenance and Training Support to Expeditionary Warfare Training Group (EWTGPAC) in execution of its curriculum supporting Navy and Marine Corps from its Coronado, CA facility. In this position, you will develop curriculum and maintain curriculum currency (make changes and revisions) for Expeditionary Logistics, Expeditionary Fires, Fires Support Marine Pipeline, Marine Amphibious Raid, Tactical Air and Joint Fires Programs of Instruction. You will use on-line/web-based Authoring tools in the development and revision of curriculum: Authoring Instructional Material (AIM II), the Marine Corps Training Information Management System (MCTIMS), and potentially newly identified curriculum development software daily to produce Master Lesson Files that include objectives, lesson guides that are sequenced by objectives, student guides, media that is used in the classroom, tests that measure student’s knowledge and performance.
