Position Summary Reporting to and working closely with the Associate Vice President, Member Relations, the associate director will ensure the highest level of corporate member interaction and will work on all matters related to corporate member relations, stewardship, retention, and member development. This full-time position is based in CFR’s Washington D.C. office at least three days per week. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays are considered institutional anchor days where all staff are required to be onsite. Effective Monday, September 14, 2026, CFR employees will be based on-site at least four days per week. CFR’s remote working schedule is subject to change. Essential Functions/Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of corporate member and prospect companies, serving as their primary point of contact with the Council and having responsibility for outreach and follow-up actions, stewardship, participation, and retention. - Support Corporate Program’s member development efforts, including ensuring regular touchpoints with active prospects, writing pitch language, and engaging in outreach meetings with potential new members. - Coordinate and track corporate member and prospect rela...
