Clinical Services Manager - Residential Trauma Program

Job description

This position will be supporting our team in the NEW Trauma Residential program in Delafield, WI. The Clinical Services Manager coordinates the various disciplines and leads the delivery of all aspects of the clinical services. They are responsible for the overall management of assigned treatment programs, including assessing staff performance, scheduling, performance improvement, clinical supervision, and treatment planning. The Clinical Services Manager performs activities in the continuity of care for patients, so they may achieve or regain, and then maintain, maximum physical, emotional and/or social functions. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain working relationship with property management and other external vendors for general maintenance and to ensure compliance with expectations in Lease agreement. Financial Management: Manage budget, staff-to-patient demand, monitor financial performance, and ensure operational efficiency.
