Lead Technical Analyst - Tax

Job description

The Lead Technical Analyst - Tax is responsible to drive innovation in tax-related processes and technology. This role will work closely to integrate technology solutions within the tax area, ensuring alignment of tax systems with business processes. The incumbent will work closely with technical teams to deliver tax implementations integrating with Oracle and boundary systems, compliance tax reporting, and eInvoicing. You will be responsible for leading the support for software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide applications necessary for the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of data for internal department planning and activities. The incumbent will lead the partnership with technical teams to ensure software systems are running efficiently with minimal downtime. The incumbent will be responsible for managing configuration, set up, and updates to the applications, validating that their team has entered data into established tables, fields, and system databases with the highest level of accuracy.
