Industrialization Project Engineer

Job description

Job Summary The Industrialization Project Engineer leads engineering efforts that support the planning, design, and improvement of manufacturing tools, fixtures, and production processes. This role drives cross‑functional coordination to resolve production issues, implement process enhancements, and ensure all documentation and technical requirements are met. The engineer partners closely with Facilities, Procurement, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Quality Assurance, and Materials & Processes Engineering to manage and deliver projects such as: - New equipment acquisition and industrialization initiatives - Technology insertion and process modernization projects - Facility upgrades, reconfigurations, and workflow optimization efforts Job Responsibilities: - Develops, evaluates, improves and documents manufacturing processes - Develops and implements process control techniques including work instructions using tools such as SPC, PFMEA - Analyses manufacturing process flows continually for the improvements of quality, cost reduction, lead-time reduction for new work - Collarborates with other functions to ensure effective production methods - Coordinates part inspection proced...
