Some of what you will do: The Staples Canada Enterprise Analytics team is seeking a highly skilled Senior eCommerce Analyst to drive insights and build reporting for our Staples Professional B2B eCommerce website, eway.ca. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in understanding the customer experience on eway.ca, providing actionable insights to empower the eway.ca product team and our Staples Professional business partners to make data-driven decisions Specifically, You Will: Develop and maintain a reporting framework to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer behavior, site performance, and business objectives on eway.ca. Analyze data from Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Adobe Analytics, and other sources to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the customer experience and overall performance of eway.ca. Collaborate with the eway.ca product team and Staples Professional business partners to translate data into insights, actionable recommendations, and strategies.
