Hiring a Mechanic Helper in Monroe, LA. Hourly Pay: $19 per hour: Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2PM start time. Requirements: - Clean trucks, containers, and equipment using pressure washers and other tools as directed. - Perform general facility maintenance and custodial duties. - Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards. - Implement and manage a truck wash schedule to ensure consistent cleanliness. - Sweep floors, organize parts, and assist with keeping the wash bay and surrounding areas orderly. - Assist in basic shop tasks, including training to perform tire replacements and retorque procedures. - Ability to work independently and follow instructions. - Comfortable working in outdoor and industrial environments. - Experience operating pressure washers is preferred. - Mechanically inclined.
