Clinical Services Manager for Worcester Home Health leadership team This role is responsible for overseeing a team of home health nurses, rehab therapists and other clinicians ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance and staff development. The Clinical Manager will serve as mentor, problem-solver and leader who inspires clinical excellence and fosters a supportive team culture. Schedule: M-F, 8:00AM-4:30PM: Compensation based on experience $100,000 - $125,000 per year Experience: Education: - Home care experience. - 3 years clinical experience - 1 year of leadership experience. - Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare Home Health Conditions of Participation - Possess required knowledge, skills and abilities; proven oral and written communication skills; ability to select, motivate and retain employees, ability to effectively manage and direct others; ability to promote and participate in team efforts - Experience working with a union clinical team preferred - RN, PT or OT license - Active Professional License to practice in Massachusetts - BLS certification preferred - OASIS certification is preferred Company Benefits: Visit vnacare.org to learn more about our mission...
