Job Title: Site Manager Job Description: General Description Responsible for managing and coordinating on-site construction and installation activities, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality execution within budget. Leads teams, supervises subcontractors, and enforces compliance with project plans and safety regulations. As seniority grows, the role expands to strategic site leadership and stakeholder management. As Site Manager your main functions/tasks will be: - Define the installation plan of the project. - Organization of all activities related to the 'works on site' phase. - Ensure the execution of the work according to the sequence defined in the planning. - Advise and participate in the Budget process of the execution phase and hiring of subcontractors. - Budget control for all activities related to the installation phase - Coordinate execution times with the client and subcontractors. - Lead and manage the interaction of jobs on the site. . - Delegate responsibility for installation to suppliers/partners. - Optimum preparation for the commissioning phase of the installation. - Commissioning support during the testing phase. - Logistics organization of the teams on site....
