The Head Coach reports to the Director of Athletics. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: In conjunction with the athletic director, assigns and promotes assistant coaches based on experience and performance. Coordinates the work of assistant coaches. Oversees the schedules and performance of team support staff such as trainers. Assists the athletic director in providing performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Responsible for assisting with the upkeep of the athletic facilities. 2. Prepares bids for equipment and supplies as needed. 3. Responsible for recruiting student-athletes. 4. Prepares for practice, game organization, and strategy. 5. Monitors student athletes' class attendance, grade performance, and campus reports. 6.
