We are now looking for a General Manager to join our leadership team and help shape the future of our organisation. About the Role: As General Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing PsychPhys Programs and Services. Reporting directly to the Director, you will work closely with Client Program Team Leaders to ensure high-quality service delivery and outcomes for our clients. You’ll be responsible for setting strategic plans, managing budgets, and coordinating activities across departments to achieve organisational goals. This role is also accountable for monitoring performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and reporting key results to the company Directive.
