Description The Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia invites applications for a tenure-track open rank appointment in DADS, beginning in the fall of 2026. The DADS area at Darden specializes in influential academic research, teaching excellence, and the production of high-quality teaching materials made available to the world via Darden Business Publishing. There is broad latitude with respect to specific area of research interest. The area offers a variety of required and elective courses to residential and executive MBA students. Topics currently taught include decision analysis, data analytics, optimization, data science, behavioral decision making, game theory, and project management. The DADS faculty also teach in the Master of Science in Business Analytics program, as well as Darden’s non-degree Executive Education programs.
