The Law Gas & Electric Operations team provides both regulatory and transactional support to clients across a broad spectrum of matters involving federal and state regulatory agencies and primarily related to energy operations, including transmission development and rates, electrification, decarbonization, wildfire safety, electric and gas safety, large load management, service planning, land rights and enforcement, clean fuels, transition of the natural gas system, and legislative initiatives.
