Position: Primary Class Director Contract: Permanent & Casual positions: Hours: Monday – Friday, 32.5 hours per week Remuneration: Level 2 - Level 3 ($84,078 to $116,729 per annum), depending on qualifications and experience. About the Role: We seek to appoint an engaging, dedicated, and Montessori‑trained Primary Class Director. This role will guide and nurture a Montessori primary classroom, fostering an environment that supports each child’s independence, curiosity, and love of learning. The Primary Class Director will lead the day‑to‑day delivery of the Montessori curriculum, collaborate closely with families, and contribute to the broader school community.
