Your Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated and data-fluent M&A and FP&A Analyst to be a foundational member of our growing Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. Dillon’s FP&A team is focused on transforming business data into strategic insights that empower our leaders to act. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills and a drive to improve current methodologies to help build a scalable and effective FP&A function. This role will be instrumental in implementing new processes, refining existing models, and transitioning the team's focus from data gathering to high-value analysis.
