About the Role The Program Manager leads cross‑functional engineering and manufacturing programs from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with customer expectations, contractual requirements, and operational readiness. The role drives schedule, quality, and cost performance through structured project management, clear communication, proactive risk mitigation, and strong stakeholder leadership. A key focus includes maintaining high customer satisfaction, improving OTD, and resolving RMA and technical issues through data‑driven decision‑making.
