Description REFAB a DeWys Metal Solutions company, is currently seeking a skilled Laser Operator to join their 2nd shift team. Laser Operator Duties: - Set up, adjust, and operate laser - Read customer blueprints and work instructions - Troubleshoot issues to eliminate causes of rejected parts - Perform periodic quality inspections throughout shift - Maintain a clean and organized workspace Requirements: Laser Operator Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous metal fabrication/laser experience preferred - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions - Ability to perform mathematical calculations - Willing to work overtime as necessary
