Job description

The Director of Organizational Development & Learning (OD&L) provides strategic leadership for enterprise-wide learning, leadership development and organizational effectiveness initiatives across Tamarack Health. This role partners with senior leaders, clinical and operational leadership and Human Resources to strengthen culture, build leadership capability and support high-quality, patient-centered care in a highly regulated and community-focused environment. Job Duties: Strategic & Hands-On Leadership - Lead the OD&L strategy aligned with Tamarack Health’s mission and priorities. - Advise senior leaders on culture, engagement, leadership effectiveness and change. - Manage and develop a multidisciplinary OD&L team, budgets, learning technologies and vendors. Organizational Development & Change: - Support organizational design, role clarity and workforce planning. - Partner with HR on engagement and culture insights, turning data into action. - Embed change management practices and lead initiatives that strengthen communication and collaboration.
