About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Change Implementation Consultant responsible for determining and communicating the scope of testing for functional changes, creation, and execution of test cases for both manual and automation, identification and resolution of functionality defects as part of the Agile project methodology for Loan Origination and supporting systems. This role will coordinate production validation of functional changes with Line of Business (LOB) users by creating checkout scripts, preparation of LOB users for expectation as well as triaging and tracking functionality defects. Provide leadership, mentorship, and day-to-day guidance to less senior team members to ensure effective execution of responsibilities and adherence to best practices.
