Purpose of the role: To strengthen the Part-145 organisation’s compliance, process governance, and operational performance by establishing dedicated ownership of maintenance compliance support, process standardisation, and improvement initiatives. The role ensures effective implementation of regulatory requirements, reduces audit exposure, and drives consistent processes across all stations.
