About the Role Parlour - Golden Grail Group, a dynamic leader in the cannabis industry, is seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Assistant Store Manager to support operations at one of our cannabis dispensary locations. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on training, coaching, compliance, and sales execution. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to drive team performance, uphold brand standards, and ensure exceptional customer experience. In the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager oversees daily operations, team development, compliance, and sales execution—upholding Golden Grail Groups core values and customer service standards at every turn.
