We are looking for a Designer who loves drawing, thinking along, and collaborating with colleagues and customers to create smart, production‑oriented solutions. Job Description: In this role, you are the link between design and production. You: - design and draw foundry tools (pattern plates, core boxes, gauges) ensuring optimal quality and efficiency; - actively collaborate with customers in a co‑design process; - take ownership of castings with high scrap rates and help find sustainable solutions; - support all production departments to improve quality and reduce scrap; - calculate and communicate production parameters; - inspect new tools before trial production; - follow training in casting techniques, CAD/CAM and safety.
